Dr. Rashid is authorized to provide telehealth to patients located in Florida. Seasonal residents can be seen during the months they are in the state.
Telehealth visits are available to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. This applies to where you are during the visit, not where you live.
Live visit times in Florida
Live video visits run 10 am to 6 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. In the western Panhandle on Central time, that is 9 am to 5 pm.
For a written assessment, your plan arrives within 2 days of receiving your complete submission. If Dr. Rashid cannot safely complete your written assessment from what you send, you are not charged for it, and he will explain what is needed next.
Visits and fees
The same flat fees apply in every state. Your card is kept on file at booking and charged only after your visit is completed. Every visit includes an itemized receipt and a superbill.

Yes, as long as you are physically in Florida at the time of your visit. If you will be back in another state, you can be seen there only if it is one of the states listed on this site.
What time are live video visits in Florida?
Live video visits are available Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Eastern time, or 9 am to 5 pm in the Central time part of the Panhandle.
Can I have a visit if I live in Florida but am traveling?
Only if you are physically located in Florida or another covered state at the time of the visit. Please schedule for when you are back.
What if a written assessment is not enough?
If Dr. Rashid cannot safely complete your written assessment from what you send, you are not charged for it, and he will explain what is needed next. Often the next step is a live video visit.
Do you prescribe medication?
When appropriate and permitted, non-controlled prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Controlled substances are not prescribed.
